A quote request is not a booking. Crew availability, route coverage, timing, actual scope and the final price must be confirmed in writing before service. Requests are accepted statewide; this does not guarantee immediate crew availability in every location. Starting prices are proposed launch rates for qualifying route jobs and are subject to the written quote.

Welcome100: New customers receive a $100 credit on one first service with a pre-tax service subtotal of at least $500. One credit per property. Excludes salt-only product purchases, taxes and third-party fees. No cash value, transfers or stacking with other discounts. The quote confirms eligibility; the credit applies to the service invoice.

Commercial monthly plans: Grounds Essentials starts at $599/month for maintained commercial turf up to 10,000 square feet with four mow/trim/edge/blow visits and one crew-hour of bed detail monthly, typically April–October. Winter Route starts at $999/month for an accessible commercial lot up to 10,000 square feet with up to four triggered plow visits (up to four inches of fresh snow each) and up to two ice-treatment applications to quoted areas/quantities, typically November–March. Extra snow events, deep/compacted snow, sidewalk labor and hauling are separately priced. The monthly route fee applies even if allowances are unused, with no rollover unless agreed. Response windows and snowfall triggers must be in the contract; no ice-free guarantee. Year-Round Partner starts at $749/month under a 12-month agreement ($8,988 annual base), covering the listed grounds scope for seven months and winter scope for five months, plus one annual cleanup of two crew-hours and up to two cubic yards of ordinary yard debris. Seasonal dates, coverage, extra-work, cancellation and annual reconciliation are specified in the written agreement. All starting rates are property-specific and subject to measured scope, route availability and cost review before acceptance. Portfolio250 is one $250 service credit on the first qualifying invoice of at least $2,500 pre-tax service for a new 3-or-more-site portfolio. It replaces Welcome100; exclusions and no-stacking apply.

Commercial plowing starts at $149 per push for an accessible parking lot up to 10,000 square feet and up to four inches of fresh snow on a confirmed local route, after service-cost review. Salt, sidewalks, hauling, extra depth and off-route travel are separately quoted; trigger and response window are agreed in writing. Residential snow from $59 per visit assumes an accessible two-car driveway, up to four inches of fresh snow, on an established local route. Ice melt, sidewalks, deep or compacted snow, remote travel and hauling require itemized pricing. Lawn care from $49 assumes a maintained lawn up to 5,000 square feet with ordinary access on a recurring route; slopes, overgrowth and projects cost extra. Junk pickup from $149 assumes one standard accessible bulky item, including ordinary loading, transport and standard disposal. Stairs, heavy debris and special disposal are quoted separately.

Salt product, delivery and application are itemized in a site-specific quote. We exclude hazardous materials from junk collection. We cannot guarantee ice-free conditions. Seasonal agreements specify triggers, visit terms, treatment limitations, cancellation and any deposit requirements. We do not charge online through this site.
