Up to four triggered plow visits and two ice-treatment applications to quoted areas each month, typically November–March. Up to 4 inches fresh snow per included push. Monthly fee applies when allowances are unused; extra events and work priced in writing.

Is monthly snow service unlimited?
No. The starting Winter Route plan has defined visit and treatment allowances. Extra storms, extra depth and work outside the agreed scope are separately billed.
Can you cover several commercial sites?
Request a portfolio bid with every address and site size. Route access, crew availability and scope are confirmed for each property.
Does plowing include salt or an ice-free guarantee?
The $149 starting per-push rate excludes salt and sidewalk work. Treatment areas and material quantities are specified in the quote; changing conditions can require further visits. Ice-free conditions are not guaranteed.
